The Church of Our Lady in Bruges is one of the most impressive Gothic churches in Belgium, built in the 14th - 15th centuries, with a gabled brick roof, 122 m high, where there is an observation deck overlooking town.

Over the years of its construction, the Cathedral of Our Lady has absorbed various architectural styles, which is typical for Flemish churches, erected before the second half of the 16th century. The external Gothic of the church is harmoniously combined with the interior in the Baroque style with elements of Rococo and Romanesque style. A massive oak pulpit with a carved balustrade is separated from the marble choirs by graceful wrought-iron gates, under which the organ rises. In the center is a 16th century crucifix. There are many works of art in the Cathedral, among which you can see the work of Michelangelo Buonarotti - "Madonna and Child", made of marble - one of the most beautiful statues on earth.
