The children's park in the city of Togliatti was built and developed together with the Avtozavodsky district. Built by the Volzhsky Automobile Plant in 1980, the amusement park was a popular place for recreation and entertainment for young families, most of whom are factory workers. In 1987, the park had 11 attractions, a pavilion of slot machines and a traffic police town.

In 2005, the park received the name "Fanny Park" and began to improve. The classic attractions have been restored, new children's entertainment has come to replace the old ones: "Spider-Man", "Labyrinth", "Fishing", "Swing". And for the older generation: the extreme slide "cyclone", "gyroscope" and "flying saucer". During the summer, Aqua Fanny operates with two pools, water slides and an area next to the outdoor pool. The water park is guarded, and the cleanliness of the pools is under the control of modern equipment.
