One of the most visited museums in Siauliai is the Museum of Photography, which is located on the same street as the Bicycle Museum. The Photomuseum was founded in 1973. By 1990, the third exposition had already been prepared, which presents the history of Lithuanian photography, as well as introduces photography from the moment it appeared, as well as the world of modern photography.

The museum has exhibitions of works by the most famous photographic artists of all time. Some stands are dedicated only to popular Lithuanian photographers: J. Chehavicius, A. Jurasaitis, J. Bulgak, K. Baulas, P. Karpavicius, B. Burachas.
