Paraga is a sandy beach on the southern coast of Mykonos. It is located in a small picturesque bay about 15-20 minutes drive from the capital of the island of the same name, next to such famous beaches of Mykonos as Platis Gialos and Paradise.

This beach gained its fame in the early 70s, becoming together with neighboring Paradise, a favorite destination for the "hippie generation". Today Paraga is one of the most popular beaches of Mykonos among both island guests and locals.

Paraga is the azure waters of the Aegean Sea, soft sand, picturesque cliffs, as well as beach taverns and bars where you can enjoy freshen up and have a snack. You can hide from the scorching sun here not only under an umbrella, but also in the shade of trees growing on the beach, which is quite a rarity for Mykonos.

In the vicinity of Paraga beach there is a small selection of accommodation - mini hotels, apartments, rooms, as well as a well-organized camping.
