Photo and description

Park " Salgirka " was founded in the 19th century by the academician, the famous geographer P.S. Pallas. In 1827, a house was built here for Prince Mikhail Semenovich Vorontsov. Here the prince stopped on the way to his Alupka palace.

The Vorontsov House stands out for its clear architectural planning and a Doric colonnade, as well as a terrace that descends steps to the park. On either side were marble lions. The kitchen building with windows and chimneys in the Gothic style, stylized as the Bakhchisarai Palace, is also interesting.
