The Almond Grove water park opened for the summer season in 2004. It is located near the embankment next to the Professor's Corner.

Almond Grove has a complex of recreation areas. It includes: the Aquapark hotel, the Morskoy hotel and the aquapark, which is a real miracle of landscape design.

When the construction of the complex began, the most advanced achievements that could be applied in the resort area were used. The water park has a wave pool. There is a separate swimming pool for children, a solarium and a jacuzzi. In addition, the entertainment pool, where you can play, attracts special attention. Attractions such as Gyurza, Anaconda, Python, and Boa are constantly operating in the water park. The water park can accommodate 1500 guests at the same time. The water park slides are quite long. Their length is one kilometer.

The water park called "Almond Grove" is located on the roof of a huge single building. During the construction of the water park, an engineering and architectural project was used, according to which it is stated that it has a solid, monolithic, reinforced concrete structure, cut into the mountain slope, which is located above the embankment. This design looks great in the bosom of nature and has high seismic resistance.

For kids having a rest, there is a separate town in which you can play. Here you will see a beautiful, unforgettable sight - a beautifully designed waterfall falls into the pool. The water park has a huge jacuzzi. When immersed in it, you will not remain indifferent, as the most discerning guests are delighted. The Almond Grove Water Park is equipped with many beautiful fountains. Here you can see real canals with the flow, a great abundance of various attractions. The water park has 14 slides, six beautiful pools, tunnels for children and adults. The water park is equipped with two solarium areas and four jacuzzis. For those who want to relax actively, there is billiards, bowling with four lanes, snooker, and, of course, discos are held. For those who like to visit the baths, there is a whole complex, which is located in the Aquapark hotel. There is a Roman bath and a wonderful Finnish sauna. For vacationers, a massage room, shower cabins, a relaxation room, and a large gym are provided.

The Almond Grove Water Park has its own beach, equipped with awnings and sun loungers. The beach is pebbly.
