Photo and description

Panagia is a very beautiful Crimean tract with a cascade of Arpat waterfalls and a picturesque lake. Located near the resort village of Zelenogorya, which is located in the mountains, between Alushta and Sudak.

From Greek " Panagia " translates as `` Most Holy '' - that was the name of those places that were under the patronage of the Mother of God. A `` tract '' it is customary to call any unique area, which is distinguished by its natural landscape, for example, forests, foothills, rivers, ravines or plains with depressions and ravines.

The mountain river Arpat flows in the hollow of the tract, and in the depths of the canyon forms a powerful cascade, consisting of small waterfalls, the largest of which are about two meters. Under the pressure of water, cozy baths and hollows are formed, forming a natural, natural Jacuzzi. There is a very interesting formation here - a heart-shaped bath called the "Love Bath". It is here that the Arpatsky waterfall flows into. There is also a "Bath of Health" and "Youth". The water in this river is considered curative, and bathing in it is a great pleasure, since the water here is very warm. Near the rocks, in some places where there are underwater springs, you can clearly feel the cold current.

On the Pananyan-Uzen River, at the source of the Arpat River, there is a wonderful natural creation - a ten-meter waterfall. This waterfall has little water and sparkles beautifully in the sun. There are no stormy streams and the noise of falling water.
