National natural park "Hutsulshchyna" is the pearl of the entire Hutsul region, the beauty of the Ukrainian Carpathians, as well as the pride of local residents.
Park "Hutsulshchyna" was created with the aim of preserving, reproducing and rational use of genetic resources of flora and fauna, unique natural complexes and ethnocultural environment, which have a special nature conservation, historical, scientific, educational, cognitive, aesthetic, recreational and health value.

The park is, first of all, interesting, because it is one of the few parks in the country where the Hutsul ethnos has successfully survived and is developing. Customs, crafts, and traditions - all this lives in authentic Carpathian villages on the territory of the Hutsulshchyna Natural Park. This is one of the few places where you can touch the original culture of the Hutsuls: buy your favorite products from local craftsmen, take a master class on weaving and carving, or try yourself as a musician by playing local musical instruments.

The park has a rather complex and mostly hilly relief. Its highest point is Mount Gregot, 1472 meters above sea level. The invaluable wealth of the Hutsulshchyna National Park has become its various forests, where oak, ash, elm, beech, hornbeam, birch, elder and buckthorn grow. Many of the park's plants are included in the Red Book of Ukraine.
