The picturesque island of Paros is located in the Aegean Sea and is part of the Cyclades archipelago. Paros is famous for its many gorgeous beaches and beautiful coves.

Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti) is considered one of the best beaches on the island and is located on its southeast coast. It got its name from the fine yellow sand covering the beach.
