Location

The French ski resort Chamonix is one of the oldest resorts in the country. It is located in the foothills of the Mont Blanc mountain range in the Bonneville district, 80 kilometers from Geneva airport, 220 kilometers from Lyon and 612 kilometers from Paris.

From Lyon or Paris, take the train to the stop “ Saint Gervais Les Bains"and then drive a short distance to the resort by taxi, or you can organize a transfer from major cities, including Geneva.

The Chamonix resort annually receives about 5,000,000 tourists from all over the world.

Chamonix time zone: GMT + 1 (- 2 hours with Moscow).
