Photo and description

The 57-storey 1322 Golden Empire Tower rises 203 meters in downtown Manila. It is the tallest building in the capital of the Philippines and the seventh tallest building in the country. Consisting of 55 aboveground floors and 2 underground parking levels, the skyscraper is considered the most luxurious residential building in Manila.

Both foreign and local architectural bureaus worked on the creation of the skyscraper project. The design of the building is made in such a way that on each side of it there is a free view of the surrounding area and the Manila Bay on the horizon. The sea breeze circulates freely through the wide windows of the skyscraper, and the maximum amount of natural light enters the building, while the sun visors prevent residents from suffering from the heat and blinding light. At night, the skyscraper is illuminated so that it becomes visible from almost anywhere in the city.

1322 Golden Empire Tower is located on the historic Roxas Boulevard along the Manila Bay promenade, in a part of the city famous for its cultural and economic potential ... Directly opposite the boulevard is the US Embassy, and a few blocks away - Robinsons Place Manila, Luneta Historical Park, also known as Risal Park, and the historic Intramuros area. Nearby are the Quirino exhibition pavilion, the new Manila Oceanarium and three luxury five-star hotels. A few kilometers from the skyscraper begins the Cultural Center of the Philippines and the Manila Yacht Club is located.

The building itself contains a fitness center with a sauna and massage rooms, mini-gardens, a swimming pool with bar and party area and a playroom for children. The building is equipped with high-speed elevators with control panels, digital communicators and an entrance control videophone for identifying entrants. For safety, smoke extractors are located on each floor, which, in the event of a fire, "pump" smoke from the halls, an alarm system and sealed fire exits. There is a helipad on the roof of the skyscraper.
